These terms govern your use of Latch & Linen and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting an estimate or booking service, you agree to them.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates are not final quotes. Final pricing is confirmed before service and may vary with home size, condition, access, and selected add-ons.
Scheduling & rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule so we can re-route the day. Cancellation terms are shared at booking.
The make-it-right promise
If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours. We will review it, return to make it right where appropriate, and update your home profile.
Liability & insurance
We carry insurance for the services we provide. Coverage details are available on request.
