Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (and W-9) on request before the first visit.
Can you clean after hours or before we open?+
That's the norm for commercial accounts. We schedule nightly, early-morning, or weekend windows so cleaning never interrupts your team or customers.
Will it be the same crew each time?+
We assign a consistent, vetted team to your building so they learn your space, security, and standards. Coverage is arranged for any absence.
Do we have to sign a long contract?+
No. Recurring service runs on a simple agreement with flexible terms — you can adjust frequency or scope as your needs change.
Who supplies products and consumables?+
Either. We bring professional supplies and equipment; we can also manage and restock your restroom and break-room consumables if you'd like it off your plate.
